Such an absolute pleasure to photograph the {S} family! We found the perfect time when everyone was home on Christmas break, and were able to keep it low key by simply heading outside to their backyard. And you know the session went well, (And that you’ve got awesome clients!) when you are invited in for a drink afterward! 😉 Love this family!

Such a pleasure to photograph the sweet sweet {A} family! We were blessed with a beautiful setting and perfect weather for their fall sunset session. (At least until we got kicked out of the park!) Miss {M} loved her chance to model and show off her earrings and Mr. {A} kept us laughing with his best Castle impression. 🙂 Beautiful family, inside and out. Blessed to call them friends.

I LOVE the authenticity of photographing little boys! I’ve had the privilege of capturing little brother {Z} a couple of times, but this was my first opportunity to get my lens on big brother {A}. He brought such a fun mix of spontaneity to the shoot… just love how I was able to capture some of the family interaction that he instigated. 🙂 Already looking forward to seeing this family soon for their next milestone session!

THIS folks, it what it’s really all about. Capturing moments, memories, and milestones. And they aren’t always the milestones of little ones. Mr. {P} has suffered from chronic back pain for years. So excited that the Christmas cards have gone out and I can finally share these images! It’s been awhile since you’ve seen the {P} family on the kg blog! Their sessions always provide a fun opportunity to collaborate with Mrs. {P} in planning and executing new ideas. And this session, we managed to fit into record time! 🙂 It has been such an honor to capture this family over the years…. Love you guys! All five cousins were together, making it the perfect opportunity to squeeze in a picture update! And better yet? We captured some family pictures of Aunt {J} with her kiddos too! I enjoyed the opportunity to check out a new little park…. perfectly shaded for a morning session. 🙂

It was SO wonderful to see {L} and her kiddos {M} and {L} again! And under much better conditions than the last time I took their pictures when I believe we had snow in October! But it does make me feel a little bit old to see how much they’ve grown… Oh, and {L}, if you ever decide to go into business with your salted caramels, I know just the photographer to take all of your promotional pictures… no charge if I get to eat the product! 😉 Images captured at Crossroad Studio.

The last time I saw Miss {E} and her mom she was only 5 weeks old! Such a beautiful little girl she is becoming! I enjoyed the opportunity to catch her sweet smiles and some nice family shots too!

I had the pleasure of capturing a double mini-session with the {V} family where I got to meet their youngest, Miss {M}! And while I love how many smiling faces I get to see with the back-to-back minis, being able to spend a little more time, and not be quite as rushed was really nice too! I’ve been photographing this family since before Miss {S} turned one! Hard to believe she’ll be in school this fall….  I’ve even had the opportunity to photograph them in more than one state! 😉 Such beautiful ladies and handsome young men ~ it was great to see everyone again, and they all get mad props for battling a VERY early and slightly chilly morning shoot!

Grateful for another fun session with the {S} family! They sure are troopers…. racing from a championship baseball game just in time to be the last shoot of the night! So glad it worked out! 🙂 p.s. After all these years, I think I learned where the boys get their goofiness from…. Mr. {S}, you’ve been busted on camera!
