THIS folks, it what it’s really all about. Capturing moments, memories, and milestones. And they aren’t always the milestones of little ones. Mr. {P} has suffered from chronic back pain for years. Despite several surgeries and a variety of treatments, the answer seemed to be “don’t lift anything weighing more than five pounds”. As a father of young kids, that was quite restricting! So excited that the Christmas cards have gone out and I can finally share these images! It’s been awhile since you’ve seen the {P} family on the kg blog! Their sessions always provide a fun opportunity to collaborate with Mrs. {P} in planning and executing new ideas. So hard to believe 3 months have gone by since Mr. {Z}’s newborn session! And despite arriving on very little sleep, he did absolutely fantastic for his session. Full of smiles for me and his mama! Looking forward to capturing the whole family soon!

Sweet little miss {C} was just a pleasure to photograph! She gave me some great smiles and let me be picky about posing her…. just a dream baby! And her Mommy and Daddy? They take a pretty good picture too! Such an honor to be capture some beautiful first family portraits for them… <3

Sweet {A} was back for her 3 month shoot, and is still such a doll! Such a strong little girl, she actually preferred to be on her tummy, pushing up to give us those bright eyes and big gummy smiles! So grateful to be capturing how she is growing her first year. Bless you, little one!

Mister {Z} was an awesome little sleeper at just seven days new! He thoroughly rocked his session allowing us to squeeze in a few extra set-ups. 🙂 It is such an honor to capture these early moments for these families… one I don’t take likely. Grateful for the opportunity to do what I love!

All five cousins were together, making it the perfect opportunity to squeeze in a picture update! And better yet? We captured some family pictures of Aunt {J} with her kiddos too! I enjoyed the opportunity to check out a new little park…. perfectly shaded for a morning session. 🙂

It was SO wonderful to see {L} and her kiddos {M} and {L} again! And under much better conditions than the last time I took their pictures when I believe we had snow in October! But it does make me feel a little bit old to see how much they’ve grown… Oh, and {L}, if you ever decide to go into business with your salted caramels, I know just the photographer to take all of your promotional pictures… no charge if I get to eat the product! 😉 Images captured at Crossroad Studio.
